This initiative, announced by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Ashadhi Ekadashi in Pandharpur, offers free training or apprenticeship opportunities to unemployed youth in various factories across the state. Key Announcements:

• Apprenticeship and Training: Unemployed youth will receive free training or apprenticeship in state factories.
• Financial Support: Monthly stipends ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 will be deposited into the bank accounts of the participating youth.
• Duration: The training will last for six months, after which participants will receive a certificate from the respective factory or company.

Financial Assistance Breakdown:

1. 12th Pass Youth: ₹6,000 per month.
2. ITI or Diploma Holders: ₹8,000 per month.
3. Graduate Students: ₹10,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Residence: Applicants must be residents of Maharashtra.
2. Age: Applicants should be between 18 to 35 years old.
3. Educational Qualification: Must have completed 12th grade, ITI, diploma, or graduation.
4. Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.
5. Bank Account: Must have a bank account linked with Aadhaar.
