Coaching classes, malls to open from June 14; PMC issues fresh guidelines

After Ajit Pawar, deputy chief minister of Maharashtra and guardian minister of Pune district announced relaxations on restrictions, Pune Municipal Corporation also announced a few relaxations to be implemented in its jurisdictions.

Vikram Kumar, Commissioner, Vikram Kumar announced relaxations in restrictions on June 11,2021.

The relaxations are as follows :

1) These establishments are allowed to remain open till 7 pm.

Essential services to remain open as per the guidelines issued on June 5,2021 throughout the week.

Non essential shops to remain open from Monday to Friday and shall remain closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Study rooms, libraries, reading rooms, to remain open with 50 percent of the capacity

Public libraries shall remain open

Coaching institute, training institutes can remain open with 50 percent of the capacity

Malls to work at its fifty percent capacity. But single screen and multiplex , drama halls, auditorium to remain closed

Gyms, saloon, parlour, spa, wellness center shall remain open with 50 percent capacity and prior appointment. Using aur condition system shall not be allowed.

All agri business related shops to remain open

2) Restaurants bars hotels to remain open with 50 percent capacity and shall be allowed till 10 pm. Home delivery shall be allowed till 11 pm

Local train service should be allowed only for medical services, essential services employees, airport, port service only.

All public places such as gardens, open ground, walking and cycling track shall remain open from 5 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 7 pm.

All outdoor sports activities allowed to remain open on all days. Indoor games allowed between 5am to 9am and 5 pm to 7 pm

Social, political, religious activities shall be allowed with 50 people and till 7 pm ONLY.

Wedding halls to operate with fifty percent of the capacity and not more than 50 people are allowed

Final rites programs shall be allowed with only 20 people

Gener body meeting, other social meeting, cooperative housing society meetings, shall be allowed with 50 percent of the capacity

Construction activity shall be allowed

E commerce activities allowed

In Pune Municipal Corporation limits not more than 5 people shall be allowed together. Roaming without any valid reason after 10 pm shall be prohibited
