Dance and music programs keeps audience spellbound in Wakad
On the occasion of Sandip Kaspate, corporator from Wakad’s birthday, several programmes left the audience spellbound. An event Happy Sunday was organized on 6 March at Savitribai Phule Garden at Vishal Nagar. The event was filled with fun. Marathi actor Mansi Naik was present too for the program. The event saw residents enjoying karate moves, performing yoga, facial yoga, zumba, dance and various other activities.

On 7 March an event named ‘Home Minister was organized in Pimple Nilakh’s government school. The program started with melodious live music, and various fun filled games. Around 1000 women were present for this event. They took part in the games played by the host and 5 top winners got exciting prizes. The first prize was Electric Vehicle, second prize was washing Machine, third prize was LCD Tv, fourth prize was Oven, fifth prize was mixer grinder. Apart from these 11 lucky draw coupons were taken out, and the winners got 6-yard Paithani Saree. Every participant was awarded with a gift.
On 8th March a ‘Haldi Kumkum’ ceremony was organized followed by dinner for Wakad residents.
