Drainage water spreads foul smell on NIBM road

For the last two days residents of NIBM road in Kondhwa and vehicles passing through the road are facing tough time to drive from the foul smell emitting from the overflowing drainage near Memory Garden – Mayfair eleganza stretch which is spread on the road.

Ex Corporator of NIBM road Tanaji Lonkar brought the issue of overflowing drainage water on NIBM road to the notice of Pune Pulse and stated that for the past two days this drainage water is causing severe inconvenience to the residents as well as spreading filthy health conditions.

Pune Pulse raised this issue with the Wanawadi Ramtekdi ward office Shyam Taru who promptly informed the drainage department and got this cleared. Atul Gunjal an official from the drainage department of Wanawadi Ramtekdi ward office too assured that the drainage would be checked and problem shall be resolved. And within an hour the problem was resolved.
