Dunki advance booking collection:1.4 Lac tickets sold for Shah Rukh Khan’s film, nearing Rs. 5 crore on opening day.

Dunki’s advance booking is gaining momentum ahead of its release in three days. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, and Vicky Kaushal, the film has already sold 144,186 tickets for 6,394 shows on its opening day (December 21), with a projected day 1 collection of at least ₹4.45 crore.

The clash with Prabhas-starrer Salaar: Ceasefire on December 22 adds excitement to the box office battle, with 16,000 tickets worth ₹55 lakh already sold for Salaar’s Hindi version. Despite being a non-mass action film, Dunki has seen impressive pre-sales, with trade analyst Ramesh Bala noting 100K tickets sold in advance.

The film’s director, Rajkumar Hirani, and the star cast, including Shah Rukh Khan, recently promoted Dunki in Dubai, where Shah Rukh shared insights about the film’s theme of home and heart.
