Earthen Echoes – A group painting exhibition will be held till March 26

Art Pune Foundation is hosting “EARTHEN ECHOES” – a group exhibition of paintings by 27 well-known and promising artists of national repute, curated by Priyamvada Pawar. It will be held at Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Sanskrutik Kendra, Ghole Road, Opp. Mahatma Phule Museum, Shivaji Nagar. Earthen Echoes is a unique exhibition that showcases the diversity of Indian contemporary art through a connection to the land and culture. Over 27 professional painters have created works that have been inspired by the rich natural colors, stories, and traditions of their regions.

The exhibition explores the rich tapestry of Indian culture, as each participating artist presents their unique artistic perspective, influenced by their regional landscapes and environments. Through their art, these painters pay homage to the soil and the elements that make up their surroundings.

The title of the exhibition: “Earthen Echoes” reflects the echoes of the past that reverberate through the present. The participating artists have delved into their cultural roots to create works that reflect their connection to the land and the soil.

Rane, Harshawardhan Devtale, Douglas John, Navnath Kshirsagar, Nilisha Phand, Rahul Mhetre, Ramchandra Kharatmal, Ramesh Gujar, Sachin Sagare, Sachin Sawant, Sagar Kamble, Sameer Gorde, Sanjay Desai, Satyajeet Varekar, Sandeep Ghule, Sanjay Asthaputre, Sujata Acharekar, Surabhi  Gulwelkar, Umakant Tawade.
The exhibition is curated by Priyamvada Pawar and hosted by Art Pune Foundation.
