From Farming Family To Civil Services
Dhanashree is the eldest daughter of Jibhau Jagannath Ahire, a farmer, and grew up in a modest rural household. Despite financial and social challenges, she showed academic excellence from a young age.
She studied up to Class 4 in the Zilla Parishad school in her village and later completed her schooling while helping her family with agricultural work.
Her academic performance remained strong throughout her education. She scored 94 percent in Class 10 and 92 percent in Class 12, before pursuing higher education in Pune.

In her first attempt, she managed to reach the interview stage, but could not secure a final rank.
Instead of giving up, she continued her preparation and also appeared for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exam, where she was selected as a Deputy Forest Guard.
Second Attempt Brings Success
