Four persons charged for molesting a 22 year old woman in Mohamadwadi society

Pune: A shocking incident occurred in the Mohammadwadi area of Kondhwa in which a 22-year-old woman was allegedly molested by 4 people threatening her to withdraw her complaint.
A case has been registered in the matter against four individuals. The incident occurred on August 20 at approximately 9:00 p.m. in the parking area of the victim’s residence.
As per information, the victim had complained against the accused. So, the accused threatened the victim to withdraw her complaint. As a result, when the victim came home from work and parked her car in her house’s parking lot. At that moment, one of the accused approached her and molested her on the ground that she was trying to start her car. Kondhwa Police are investigating the matter further.
The 22-year-old woman has complained to the Kondhwa police station on August 24. An FIR has been registered against the four accused under Sections 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
