Pune News: Man beats woman for not accepting birthday cake in Kondhwa

Pune: In a shocking incident, a man entered the house of a woman and thrashed her for not accepting the birthday cake that was sent by him. The accused is identified as Ankit Singh. The incident occurred in Kondhwa, Pune.
As per information, the accused and the victims have been friends since May 2022. On realizing that the accused was trying to get close to her, the victim blocked his mobile number and then he was trying to contact her through different ways.
Meanwhile, the victim’s birthday was on August 24. The accused sent a cake to the victim on her birthday out of one-sided love. But the security guard in the society did not allow the courier boy inside. As soon as the accused Ankit Singh came to know about this, he went to the spot and created a commotion and went to the house of the victim and gave the cake. When the girl did not accept the cake, she was beaten by him.
A case has been registered against the accused and further investigation is being done.
