Pune, April 15, 2025 — Geeta Ashram, Pune, celebrated the auspicious festival of Vishu with great devotion and spiritual fervor at its Pimpri premises. As in previous years, a large number of devotees gathered to participate in the celebrations, creating a vibrant and devotional atmosphere.

The event began with collective chanting of the sacred Om matra, setting a serene and spiritual tone. This was followed by a brief discourse by Priyadarshini P K, a devoted disciple of Guruji Shri Padmanabhan Krishnadasaji. She elaborated on the scientific and spiritual significance of Vishu, enlightening the audience on the deeper meaning behind the traditions.

The highlight of the celebration was the Kaineetam ceremony, where Guruji Shri Padmanabhan Krishnadasaji personally blessed each devotee with a symbolic coin and distributed prasadam, continuing the cherished tradition.

Established in 1998 by close followers of Guruji, Geeta Ashram has grown into a hub for spiritual learning and community service in Pune. Located in Khadki, the ashram follows the guiding philosophy of “Nar Seva, Narayan Seva” — serving humanity as a form of worship.

The ashram conducts a variety of free activities including bhajan sessions, spiritual discourses, puja ceremonies, yoga and pranayama classes, Sanskrit lessons, and astrological guidance. It also offers access to the spiritual literature penned by Guruji, making it a vital center for seekers of spiritual wisdom.

The Vishu celebration once again reflected the Ashram’s mission to foster spiritual growth and community harmony through meaningful traditions and inclusive participation.
