In order to make passenger service more convenient & fast-tracked, the Pune Metro has decided to lessen the time taken by trains, during peak hours, to arrive at a Metro station.

As per further information from the X handle of Pune Metro “Good news for Pune Metro riders! Trains will arrive every 7.5 minutes during peak hours and every 10 minutes during non-peak hours with 32 extra trips on the purple line and 31 on the aqua line.”

The Pune Metro tweet continues that expansion of passenger service of Pune Metro is being done on the occasion of New Year. As per the new Time Table, from 1st January 2024:
