Heavy rains in Konkan; Guhagar hit by unseasonal weather

Konkan has been hit by unseasonal rains. Heavy rains have started in Guhagar taluka during the winter season leaving the farmers worried due to this sudden rain.

Weather forecast agency Skymet has predicted that light to moderate rainfall may occur in Madhya Maharashtra along with Konkan on Tuesday.

The rains have caused worry among the mango and cashew growers, who are likely to be hit hard by the rains.It was also seen that due to heavy rains, electricity supply was also cut off in many parts of the taluka. Farmers are likely to be hit hard by this rain.
