Opposite the Grand Tamanna Hotel in Hinjawadi Phase – 2, I saw a boy & 2 girls riding triple seats on a motorcycle. A girl was shouting for help. So, I intervened & stopped the vehicle after which the boy, riding the vehicle, tried to heckle me & told me to go away. By that time, both girls got off the vehicle & tried to hide behind me. The boy acted as if to beat the girls. I was trying to stop him. Near a nearby crossing, there was an auto-rickshaw. So, I told the girls to go home in the rickshaw. But the rickshaw driver was involved in this too. By that time, the boy called other people. After some time, the boy & the rickshaw driver started beating me. One of the girls stole my two-wheeler vehicle key & the girls & the rickshaw driver fled in the rickshaw. 2 more people came & started beating me along with the boy. But I saved myself. However, one of the persons stole my mobile phone, and punctured one of my two-wheeler vehicle tires &, by the time I could catch them, all 3 ran away.”
