Hinjewadi Police station to track down owners 175 abandoned vehicles lying in its premises

Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissioner has undertaken a new drive to clear the premises of Hinjewadi Police station off the abandoned vehicles stranded in its premises since years by the owners who were caught in an offence leading to a legal trouble. The abrupt drive has been carried out to trace the owners of the vehicles.

According to the report published by the Hinjewadi Police station, as many as 175 vehicles are left stranded, out of which most of the vehicles were destroyed during accidents, turning into scrap after being on the same spot for years.

Senior Police Inspector, while informing about the drive, mentioned that the owners of 175 stranded vehicles will be traced in the coming days and their vehicle would be handed over to them. This picture of so many scrap vehicles stranded in the backyard of the Police station has to be cleared at any cost. The owners who are looking forward to get their vehicles back from the clutch of the Hinjewadi Police station, are requested to bring their identity information, papers of the vehicles, and take the vehicle with them. In the span of fifteen days, if the owner doesn’t contact the Police station then a legal step will be taken and the vehicle will be scrapped.
