Hotel bookings full with 5 times extra prices in Ayodhya ahead of Ram Mandir inauguration
Preparations are being completed for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha program to be held on January 22 in Ayodhya.
On one hand, the construction of the grand Ram temple is being finalized, while on the other hand, living arrangements are being made for the saints and invited members coming for the Pran Pratishtha program. Tent cities are being established in many areas of Ayodhya and tent cities are being prepared at some places.
The Ram temple will be open for the general public from January 23 only. But advance booking from several months is going on in the hotels of Ayodhya. Be it small or big, the room prices of every hotel have increased manifold.
In fact, a huge crowd will move towards Ayodhya, hotel businessmen also know this truth. There are only 20-25 two star to four star hotels in Ayodhya, but the situation is that even in those hotels, advance booking for January and February 2024 has been done very much in advance.
Due to this, hotels have also increased the prices. Some have doubled the fare and some have increased it five times. An owner of a hotel in Ayodhya with 138 rooms said that the arrangements are inadequate at present. There will be less hotels for people to stay. Hotels have been booked months in advance.
Along with the trust, many other companies have also made arrangements for accommodation. A city of 30 luxury tents is also ready near Brahma Kund Gurudwara and 40 at Naya Ghat of Ram Katha Park in which at present the fare for one day stay is Rs 7000 to Rs 8000. As soon as you enter this tent city, you will start with the atmosphere of devotion to Lord Ram, where Charan Paduka have been made in which sacred symbols related to Sanatan Dharma have been carved.
Along with this, you will also get the feel of a hill station outside the tent city and a five star hotel inside the tent. The process of people coming to the tent city has already started. Advance booking for entire January 2024 and half of February 2024 has been done.
