It is often seen that flat owners and developers find it difficult to complete the formalities of deemed conveyance. In view of this, the state government has made the process of handover simple by making promoters to complete the deemed conveyance formalities and the transition smooth. Housing societies should file for the process of deemed conveyance through a promoter, said Advocate Anjali Kalantre.

The program was attended by Deputy Registrar Coop Society, Pune city Sneha Joshi, Abhijit Kalantre, Shilpa Deshpande, Suhas Patwardhan, Adv Sheetal Thakkar and many citizens.

Adv Kalantre and Sneha Joshi have a detailed explanation on various issues such as Deemed conveyance under Maha Rera, society registration and many others.

Adv Kalantre said that flat owners might have property tax, index 2, light bills, share certificate, sale deed and other related documents in their name but the ownership of the land is not with them. For this deemed conveyance is a must. It is necessary for the societies going for redevelopment to get this done as many flat owners will lose their rights on the ownership of the land.
