ImPaCCT Foundation, Tata Memorial Centre hosted a transformative workshop on Tuesday, laying the foundation for the upcoming HOPE 2023 event that spreads the message – “Childhood Cancer is Curable.” The workshops were aimed to bring joy, inspiration and a sense of empowerment to children battling cancer. 

This program is sponsored by the Sheila Gopal Raheja Foundation is the biggest annual paediatric annual event of the hospital. Hope workshops are a mix of music, dance, theater, art and craft. These are put together by the active cancer patients, the childhood cancer survivors along with the Raheja College students. 

At the heart of the workshop’s activities was a poignant moment as Dr. Shripad Banavali (Director – Academics, Tata Memorial Centre) and Gayatri Raheja (Executive Officer, Sheila Gopal Raheja Foundation) joined hands with dedicated healthcare professionals to engage in an art and craft workshop. 

In a heartwarming display of talent and enthusiasm, the children took center stage, showcasing their resilience by performing a dance on some Bollywood songs in presence of Rohit Jethwani, a renowned actor and dance choreographer and an integral part of the ImPaCCT Family.
ImPaCCT Foundation continues to be a beacon of hope, actively contributing to the well-being of cancer-stricken children by creating meaningful experiences that extend beyond medical treatments. The HOPE 2023 event is scheduled to take place on 10th December 2023 in Mumbai. 
It promises to be a landmark occasion bringing together the community, medical professionals and cancer care advocates to stand united against Childhood Cancer.
