Incomplete parking board confuses motorists
After much follow up, the Traffic Police division of Kondhwa installed No Parking, P1, P 2 boards on Salunke Vihar road but missing details on the parking information boards has irked motorists as the vehicles parked are being fined by Traffic Police.

A resident of NIBM said, “I parked my vehicle under a board on Salunke Vihar road but since there was no information about how far the parking is allowed my vehicle was fined by the police. I am sure there are many such instances with other motorists. Traffic police should clearly mention the details on such information boards visible for the motorists.”
When Pune Pulse raised the issue with Assistant Police Inspector Lekhaji Shinde, Kondhwa Traffic Division, he said, “The parking information boards are installed on the Salunke Vihar road but the sticker are missing. We are waiting for them to come from PMC. Hey should reach to us before March 10. Since the information is missing even we are facing issues.”
