Startling revelations have emerged in the case of a recently apprehended terrorist in Pune. Zulfiqar Badodawala, a name now synonymous with terror activities, has been placed under Anti Terrorist Squad custody until August 11. The gravity of the situation deepens as investigations expose his involvement in training individuals for bomb blasts.

Zulfiqar Badodawala’s connection to Diveghat in Pune raises eyebrows, particularly due to his suspected role in bomb blast training. His arrest came amid suspicions of affiliations with two previously apprehended terrorists from Kothrud.

ATS inquiries have unearthed deeply concerning information. Zulfiqar’s association extended beyond training; he allegedly provided monetary support for terrorist operations. The extent of his communication with the aforementioned terrorists has been illuminated through ATS’s rigorous investigation.

The recent arrest of mechanical engineer Simab Nasruddin Qazi was a catalyst in this unfolding chain of events, leading to the apprehension of Badodawala. The scale of the operation has widened, resulting in a total of five arrests thus far.

Barodawala’s involvement in funding the activities of Muhammad Imran Muhammad Yusuf Khan and Muhammad Yusuf Muhammad Yakub Saki, along with telephonic communication, paints a dire picture. Both terrorists have been taken into custody, along with their accomplice Abdul Qadir Dastgir Pathan and the alleged financial logistics provider, Simab Nasruddin Kazi.

The alarming nexus between these individuals highlights the pressing need for thorough investigation and stringent action to counteract the rising threat of terrorism within the region.
