In the backdrop of the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict, Pune has experienced a ripple effect with attempts to disrupt the peace in the city. However, swift action by the police has averted potential disturbances.

The Israel-Palestine conflict, now in its second week, has garnered global attention, and its repercussions have reached the city of Pune.

Amidst this international strife, some social activists made deliberate attempts to create unrest in Pune. Fortunately, the police managed to thwart these incidents in a timely manner, resulting in the registration of four separate cases in Kondhwa, Lashkar, Samarth, and Khadak police stations within Pune.

It has come to light that individuals affixed stickers resembling the national flag of Israel on the streets to attract passersby. The Pune police swiftly identified and responded to this situation, leading to the registration of four cases, aimed at preserving the city’s peaceful atmosphere. Among these cases, the Lashkar police station has identified six individuals as the accused.

Following terrorist attacks, Israel initiated a campaign against the Hamas organization. These global events have now resonated within Pune, where efforts to disrupt the city’s atmosphere have emerged. According to the police, in the recent past, stickers resembling the national flag of Israel were found affixed to roads in the jurisdictions of Kondhwa, Lashkar, Khadak, and Samarth police stations.
