1. Until the new Swargate bus station is developed by MahaMetro, temporary bus shelters should be erected for passengers near the entrance of MahaMetro, extending to the continuous police booth.

2. All encroachments near the entrance of Swargate Metro Station should be promptly removed to ensure smooth bus operations within the Swargate bus station area.

3. Facilities for restrooms should be made available immediately for both PMPML staff and passengers in the Swargate bus station area.

Mudhol-Munde emphasized that both PMPML and MahaMetro services complement each other and urged officials from both organizations to work together to provide reliable and quality services to passengers.
