Are you tired of trying to overcome your weakness?

Society’s relentless focus on peoples shortcomings has turned into a global obsession.
As per Gallups 40 year study of human strengths people who are able to focus on their strengths are six times likely to enjoy their job and three times likely to have an excellent quality of life.

Most learning programs are fundamentally flawed as they aim to help us become who we are not.Like a person lacking natural talent with numbers may be forced to become an accountant or statistician.Unfortunately this is taking the path of most resistance.

You can be anything you want to be, if you just try hard enough is in fact a misguided maxim. Instead you cannot be anything you want to be, but you can be a lot more of who you already are. When we are able to focus our energy in developing our natural talents we can grow to extraordinary levels.

When we are not able to use our strengths at work chances are we dread going to work, achieve less and have fewer positive and creative moments.
Unfortunately most people are unaware of their strengths and so lack confidence and direction in life.Knowledge, skills and practice are also important parts of the strengths equation but are easier to acquire than innate talent.

Talent is a natural way of thinking, feeling or behaving. And when we invest our time practicing and developing our skills and knowledge around our talent we develop our true strength. Therefore it is imperative for us to be aware of our potential as well as our limitations if we want to live a better life. The earlier in life we discover and develop our strengths the better it is for us.
