Kondhwa police detains 4 for attacking youth

Pune: Kondhwa Police have detained 4 people for attacking a person who was going to a nearby bar in the Mohammadwadi area.As per further information shared by Santosh Sonawane, Senior Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police Station, the complainant, Hanumant Hivraale has filed a complaint at the Kondhwa Police Station.While he was at a paan shop in Mohammadwadi locality, the 4 accused, identified as Appa Konde alias Ganesh Londhe, Mayur Kaaste, Rushikesh Ghadge & Vishal Gore, came to the shop and asked the complainant where is Manoj Salvi. Saying that Hivraale knows about him, still the complainant, 3 out of 4 accused took out sharp weapons and hit the plaintiff hard on the back.

The plaintiff’s left ear, left hand & wrist were seriously injured.As the neighbouring hotel manager came to help, the accused hit him on the back with a sharp knife injuring him seriously and tried to kill him. After that, all the accused fled on their motorbikes, shouting and abusing.A case has been registered against the accused under Section 307 of the IPC (Indian Penal Code) at Kondhwa Police Station.All the accused in the said crime have been traced and arrested immediately. Kondhwa Police are conducting the further investigation.
