The Land Records Department has introduced a suite of online services, accessible through the websites https://mahabhumi.gov.in/Mahabhumilink and https://bhumiabhilekh.maharashtra.gov.in.

Unveiling a host of valuable features, the ‘Computerized Saatbara, Eight A, and Income Papers’ service now allows for the seamless download of Saatabara, Eight A, Ferfar, and Income Papers, complete with secure digital signatures. These digitally signed documents hold weight across various government employments, bolstering their authenticity.

Delving into historical insights, the ‘Archived Documents’ (e-Records) service beckons. It empowers users to access and procure aged records linked to the department. A treasure trove of information, the ‘Mahabhun Kasha’ (Village Maps) service encompasses both village maps from the Land Records Department and urban land surveying maps of the Municipal Corporation, spanning the City Land Survey area of the municipality.

Simplify procedures with the ‘Change Application System – E-Haqq’ service, designed for seamless online applications pertaining to the inheritance registration of ancestral properties and lands. For a glimpse into the local landscape, the ‘Apali Chawdi’ service offers digital Chawdi access, replete with satbara, asset sheets (ownership records), enumeration notices, alteration notice boards, and more.

The ‘Bhulekh’ service, a treasure trove of multilingual insights, allows free access to Satbara and Property Deeds in 24 languages, including Marathi. Users can conveniently search using criteria such as Satbara and income sheet group numbers, city survey numbers, names, and surnames.

For legal aficionados, the ‘Information about Civil Claims on Rights Record’ service seamlessly connects with the Department of Law and Justice’s website. Here, one can peruse information regarding civil claims associated with Satbara and Income Records.

Stay informed with the ‘Modification Application Status Check’ service, enabling users to track the progress of their amendment applications on the income statement. Furthermore, the ‘Find CTS/Survey Number’ service empowers individuals to uncover the City Survey Number tied to specific Survey/Group Numbers, as stipulated under Section 122 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Act 1666.

While some services such as ‘Computerized Satbara, Eight A, Alteration and Income Statements, ‘Archived Documents’ (e-Records)’ entail charges, several other services are available free of cost. For access to paid services, users are required to create an account and log in using designated credentials, including a mobile number and email address. The website also offers an array of free services that can be explored without the need for a login.
