Lavani Tune ‘Vajle Ki Bara’ Echoes Through Ajit Pawar’s NCP Nagpur Office, Video Ignites Debate
Beats of “Vajle Ki Bara” reverberate through the air, laughter and applause fill the room — moments later, the clip capturing it all goes viral. What seems like a festive celebration inside the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) office belonging to Ajit Pawar’s faction in Nagpur has now become the center of controversy on social media.
The viral footage shows a lively Lavani performance taking place right within the party’s Ganeshpeth office. Adding an unexpected twist, the dancer featured in the video is not an invited performer but a party worker herself. As she grooves to the energetic Lavani number, other NCP members can be seen cheering, clapping, and whistling enthusiastically.
Sources confirm that the video was recorded during a Diwali get-together organized at the office. Interestingly, the same premises were inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar just two months ago. The timing of this incident — coming so soon after the inauguration — has only intensified the buzz around the video.
Following the social media uproar, the NCP (Ajit Pawar group) has issued a clarification. District president Anil Ahirkar stated that the event was purely an internal celebration among party members, emphasizing that the woman performing the Lavani is indeed part of their own cadre. His statement was intended to draw a line under the issue, describing the performance as a cultural expression rather than a public show.
