Maha gets 3 lakh vaccinated, Pune records 57,000 in a single day
Ever since the vaccination campaign began in the country Maharashtra has been in the top where Covid19 vaccination has reached to maximum people.
On April 1, 2021 a new record was made where on a single day 3 lakh people got vaccinated in Maharashtra. The state now looks forward to double the number in the coming few weeks.

The vaccination program on April 1, 2021 began for people above 45 years and in the single day at 3295 vaccination centers more than 3 lakh people were administered Covid19 vaccination. This was the day which saw highest number of vaccination. Also, Pune district made a record of administering 57,000 vaccinations in a single day yesterday, while Mumbai recorded 50,000 vaccinations.

Till yesterday, Maharashtra recorded 65 lakh vaccinations and has been leading in giving vaccinations.
The state Health department has kept Covid19 vaccination on priority and set a target of administering vaccination to 3 lakh people everyday and in the coming few weeks it will be expanded.
