Pune: Manoj Jarange Patil, a key figure in the movement for Maratha reservation, was admitted to Sahyadri Hospital in Pune after addressing a large gathering during his statewide campaign. Despite his ongoing health issues, Patil has been actively organizing awareness rallies and public meetings across the state, garnering significant support from citizens.

On August 11, Patil’s rally began around 5 PM at Sarasbaug, heading towards Deccan in Pune. The rally concluded at the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj statue in Deccan around 9 PM. During the event, Patil spoke to the crowd for nearly an hour. However, due to his health, he was seen sitting down midway through his speech, indicating that he was still unwell.

After the rally, Patil’s condition worsened, leading to his admission to Sahyadri Hospital for medical treatment.
