Pune, September 3, 2025: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has announced the results of the fourth and final round of the MHT CET 2025 Centralised Admission Process (CAP). The seat allotment list, released on September 1, is now available on the official website — cetcell.mahacet.org.

In this final CAP round, 1,84,528 seats were on offer. Out of these, 83,005 students had submitted their preferences, resulting in 68,640 candidates securing seats across engineering and other professional courses. However, a significant 95,253 seats still remain vacant after the conclusion of CAP Round 4.

Candidates allotted seats are required to confirm their admission online between September 2 and 4. Following the online confirmation, they must report to their allotted colleges within the specified timeline, submit the necessary documents, and pay the prescribed fees to secure their admission.

With the CAP rounds completed, the admission process will now move into the institutional round. During this phase, the unfilled seats — including those under the 20% management quota — will be made available. Students interested in this round will need to apply directly to the respective institutes, either through the institute’s official website or via the CET Cell’s portal. Each college will then publish its own merit list, based on which admissions will be finalized.

The CET Cell has urged students to carefully follow the schedule and complete all admission formalities within the given deadlines to avoid cancellation of seats.
