MICL to take up Bollywood actor Aamir Khan’s Pali Hill building for redevelopment

Mumbai: Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) on December 29, announced a redevelopment project in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area of Bandra. Bollywood star Aamir Khan is one of the residents in this building. The company estimates the project’s potential sales construction area at 50,000 sqft, anticipating a revenue of Rs 500 crore.

In a December 29 statement, MICL announced plans to construct 50,000 sqft for sale, targeting a Rs 500 crore topline. The company anticipates developing luxury 4 and 5 BHK apartments.

The redevelopment involves property owned by Virgo Co-operative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra. Aamir Khan is also one of the homeowners in the Virgo society in Bandra’s Pali Hill and will be eligible for an apartment in the rehab component of the redeveloped project.
