Bangkok, November 20, 2025: Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, Gabrielle Henry, sparked concern after a dramatic fall during the preliminary rounds of the Miss Universe 2025 pageant held at Impact Arena, Pak Kret, Thailand. The incident, which was broadcast live and has since gone viral online, left both the audience and viewers around the world stunned.

Fall During Evening Gown Segment
The accident occurred on Wednesday during the evening gown segment. Henry, wearing a bright orange gown, was walking confidently across the stage when she accidentally stepped off the edge and fell. The sudden mishap caused spectators to gasp and jump from their seats. Miss Universe Organisation president Raul Rocha and Miss Universe Thailand director Nawat Itsaragrisil quickly moved to the stage to coordinate immediate assistance, while event staff promptly helped Henry off the set.

Health Update
Henry was initially carried out on a stretcher to a medical facility before being transferred to Paolo Rangsit Hospital for further evaluation. According to reports, she is in stable condition and has not suffered any fractures or major injuries.
