Multi level parking at Pune Airport to start from January 1

Pune Airport Advisory Committee held a meeting at the Pune airport yesterday. The meeting saw discussion on various issues. One of the main issue was demanding RTPCR negative test report on arrivals at Pune Airport when a passengers has already done a test at the previous airport is flying from should be stopped. Also henceforth on arrival demand of Covid19 vaccination report will also not be demanded. 

“The widening of road towards Pune airport and removing obstruction on the road was discussed in the meeting. Pune Metro should draw a plan to bring th e metro services till Pune airport. The multi level parking at the airport shall be open from January 1,” said Member of Parliament, Girish Bapat also chairman of Pune Airport Advisory Committee. 

The meeting was attended by Sunil Tingre, Airport Authority Director Santosh Doke, airport consultant committee member and MCCIA chairman Sudhir Mehta, Ujjwal Keskar, Badshah Sayyed, Anil Patil, deputy commissioner, traffic, Pune, PMC, Indian Air Force officials and others.
