The incident occurred around 9 PM while the convoy was returning from the airport after the actor’s overseas trip, causing panic among onlookers and drawing crowds to the scene.
According to sources, a Mercedes in the convoy collided at high speed with an auto-rickshaw near Silver Beach Café in Juhu. The impact caused the auto to spin out of control, ultimately striking an Innova car in the convoy. Videos circulating on social media show the Mercedes flipping over the auto-rickshaw, while a crowd watches in shock.
At the time of the accident, Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna were traveling in the second car of the convoy. That vehicle sustained only minor damage. Fortunately, both Akshay and Twinkle emerged unhurt and left the area in another car after checking the situation.
