According to reports, the police are currently investigating the matter and have assured that strict action will be taken against the auto driver.
A shocking video of an auto driver threatening two school going girls came to light after it went viral on social media on Friday, August 23.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon August 20 in Nagpur near Pardi police station.
According to reports, the two students were travelling in an auto and were engaged in a loud conversation. The driver asked them to lower their voices, leading to a heated exchange. As the argument escalated, the driver allegedly threatened the students referring to a recent rape and murder case in West Bengal. He said: “I’ll do to you what happened to the girl in Kolkata.”

The students immediately demanded that the driver stop the auto. Once he did, they pulled him out and began to assault him. Passersby, who witnessed the altercation, joined in and also attacked the driver. The situation calmed down only after the driver apologized to the students.
In the video, people can be seen thrashing the auto driver while a woman consoles one of the girls, saying, “You are safe, we are all with you.”
Moments later, as the crowd urged the girl to hit the man, she began slapping him. In the video, one of the men can be heard telling the girl that the driver was drunk.
