NCP leader More urges authorities to focus on Navale bridge

To create awareness, large banners have been put up from Jambhulwadi Lake to Selfie Point at Narhe on behalf of NCP General Secretary Bhupendra More. 

The Navale Bridge in Pune has been in the news because a truck hit 48 vehicles in a horrific accident last Sunday night. And on the same night, 2 more accidents took place on the Pune-Bangalore highway.

To create awareness, large banners have been put up from Jambhulwadi Lake to Selfie Point at Narhe on behalf of NCP General Secretary Bhupendra More. The banner reads ‘Caution… Navale Bridge Ahead’. And the banner shows a picture of a sharp slope and a crow along with it.  The banner caught the attention of many people and was even discussed on social media. 

Sharing his thoughts, More said, ” Navle Bridge is becoming a death trap day by day. The Road Authority is still not making a plan in this regard. The administration is neglecting this and therefore these banners have been put up to draw their attention and also create public awareness.”
