NEET PG 2024 Exam Date: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on Tuesday announced that the NEET PG 2024 exam has been postponed.
The 2024 edition of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG 2024) will take place on July 7, and MBBS doctors who complete their mandatory internships on or before August 15 can take it, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) announced on Tuesday
Application forms, information bulletin and other details related to the exam will be hosted on natboard.edu.in.
The eligible candidates have been advised to check the exact dates of examinations at the NBEMS website as these dates are purely tentative and subject to approvals and confirmations, the notification stated.
The NEET – PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination held every year. It has been prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and Post-Graduation diploma courses under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
Meanwhile, the National Exit Test (NExT) has also been postponed by at least a year and is now expected to begin in 2025. It was earlier scheduled to commence in 2023.
NEET-PG is the national-level exam for admission to MD/MS and PG Diploma courses in the country.
The candidates are advised to check the exact dates of examinations from the Information Bulletins/NBEMS website as the above dates are purely tentative and subject to approvals & confirmations,
