Her inspiring weight loss journey, where she lost 30 kg in just eight months without hitting the gym, has gone viral on social media.
Udita went from 95 kg to 65 kg by following simple lifestyle changes and clean eating. Her transformation not only helped her lose weight but also brought major improvements to her health. She was even able to stop medications that were contributing to her weight gain.
In one of her viral videos, Udita opened up about her health struggles. “I was obese since my childhood, suffering from pigmentation, serious health issues, severe hair fall, acne, and facial hair,” she shared. Her transformation has now become a source of inspiration for many looking to take control of their health.
Udita focused on eating clean, home-cooked food every day. Even when she had to step out, she carried her own tiffin to avoid unhealthy meals. “The biggest challenge in weight loss was controlling junk cravings, so I found healthier alternatives,” she explained.
She also made sure to drink detox water every day. “Boil jeera, ajwain, sauf, and methi in water, it prevents bloating and helps in digestion,” she said. In addition, she drank chia seed water throughout the day while meeting her daily water target of 3-4 liters.
Udita shared how staying mentally strong played a big role in her journey. “Even if I cheated a little at one point, I never let it ruin my entire day. I followed my diet properly the rest of the time,” she said. She also mentioned that she checked her weight every day, and while it did fluctuate, she didn’t let it affect her consistency. “I never let the numbers on the scale affect my mindset and stayed consistent.”
Some of her other daily practices included avoiding maida, not snacking with tea, and drinking water before every meal to prevent overeating. Unlike most restrictive diets, she did not cut sugar completely from her routine.
