Wardah grew up in Noida and completed her graduation in Commerce from Khalsa College, Delhi University. She lives with her mother because her father passed away nine years ago, and she’s the only child.
During college, Wardah got interested in civil services because she loves studying about geopolitics, history, and politics. But she decided to pursue it seriously only after working in a corporate job for eight months. The job didn’t fulfill her, and she wanted to do something for society and her country. So, she quit her job and started preparing for the UPSC exam at home while also taking online coaching.
Wardah has some advice for people who want to crack the UPSC exam. She says it’s crucial to study basic books like NCERT and “Polity” by Laxmikant. Also, she suggests making detailed notes for the main exam and being well-prepared with the optional subject.
Wardah’s success story is inspiring for many young people who dream of joining civil services and contributing to the country’s progress. Her achievement is part of the success stories of over a thousand candidates recommended for various services by the UPSC.
