Offline schools from Class 1 to 8 to remain shut in Pune district till January 31

In the review meeting held today, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar announced that offline schools to remain shut till January 31,2022 for class 1-8. While online classes can continue.

A total of 1104 Covid positive cases have been reported in Pune city.

Pawar also announced that detailed order shall be issues tomorrow, January 5, 2022 after the meeting held with Health minister Rajesh Tope, Chief secretary D Chakraborty and other task force officials in Mumbai.

Citizens found without mask shall be imposed fine of Rs 500, while those found spitting in public places shall be fined Rs 1000.

People with both the doses against Covid will be allowed to public places & government offices.

No entry to those who are not vaccinated.
