Passengers aboard Train 12102 encountered a distressing ordeal on their journey as their suitcases were reportedly damaged by rodents. The incident, which took place on 19th May, has left travellers dismayed and struggling to address their grievances due to alleged difficulties in contacting train authorities.

“The rodents damaged the bags of passengers travelling first AC coach H1 cabin A on 12102 Jnaneswari Express about to reach Kalyan shortly,” said @mumbaimatterz in a post on X (formerly Twitter). 

The situation has sparked frustration among passengers, who expressed their dismay over the lack of a swift and efficient complaint resolution process. Many voiced concerns about the safety and hygiene standards aboard the train, emphasising the need for immediate action to address the issue of rodent infestation and mitigate potential risks to passengers’ belongings.
