PCMC adds 8 ambulances and 1 cardiac ambulance to its fleet
Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on May 3, 2021 handed over state of the art 8 ambulances and one cardiac ambulance to its fleet of emergency vehicles.
The handing over ceremony of the ambulances was held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Hospital premises in presence of Mayor Usha Dhore, Nitin Landage, Sujata Palande, Sulakshana Dhar, Dr Aniket Rathi, YCM medical officer, Dr Marutrao Gaikwad, Dr Pravin Soni, Dr Vinayak Patil, administration officer Dilip Karanjkhele, Prafful Puranik, information and public relations officer.
Earlier last month, Mayor Usha Dhore had donated two cardiac ambulances and a mini bus for a blood bank. The cardiac ambulances are well equipped with oxygen, ventilator, stretcher. Also, has seating available for medical officer, nurse, wardboy as well as oxygen cylinder refilling system on the exterior of the ambulance.
