PCMC announces water cut on Oct 5

PUNE: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has decided to conduct routine maintenance at the water purification center located in Sector No. 23 Nigdi, within the jurisdiction of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), on October 5.Â
As a result, the morning water supply in the city of Pimpri Chinchwad will be regulated, while the evening water supply will be temporarily closed. Consequently, due to the necessary closure of all water supply systems for repair purposes, the morning water supply throughout the entire city will experience irregularities and low pressure on Friday, October 6.
Shrikant Sawane, Joint City Engineer of the water supply department said that the citizens should co-operate with the municipal corporation by storing enough water and using water judiciously during this period.
