Balasaheb Shivarkar, Shivaji Kedari, Satish Londhe, Durga Patel, Kavita Shivarkar and myself, all Congress Corporators have taken painstaking efforts in bringing various development projects in Wanowrie. Seeds of the developments were sown by Congress in the last decades ago of which we are enjoying the fruits.”

Nana Patole in his speech said, “It is high time that we should start working on the battlefield and show our strength. The ruling party is known to show off things. In reality the benefits meant for the citizens are not reaching them. The elections are approaching and everyone should begin with their work on the field and strengthen Congress party again.”

Balasaheb Shivarkar in his speech said, “It was Congress who made Chetan Tupe, NCP MLA win the seat. Congress had played key role in many people’s lives. We have been instrumental in bringing various development projects in Wanowrie. In the last ten years the development in the area has come to a standstill. The time has come again to revive Congress among the citizens as they have realised that the ruling party in the Center is nothing but a false promise making party with no results.”
