Pimple Saudagar residents send relief material to flood affected people in Chiplun

Floods have caused havoc in Chiplun, Khed, Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur. The citizens are left with no food, water, medicines, clothes at several places.

Members of Pimple Saudagar Rahivasi Mitra Mandal, Pimple Saudagar Corporator Nirmala Kute, Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha,Sanket Chondhe and several individuals and NGOs’ have come forward and helped generously by providing several needy items to the flood affected people. On July 26, 2021 flagged a truck full of relief material to be sent to several flood affected areas.

This relief material safely reached at the Garde English medium school at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s rescue camp. Nirmala Kute appreciated the efforts taken by people in helping out people by providing them useful material. She said, “All those who have suffered due to the landslides, flood water are in need of food items, medicines, toiletries, drinking water, sanitary napkins, blankets, utensils, repairing of vehicles, and we must all help them as much as possible.”
