Pimpri-Chinchwad: Dapodi to Nigdi is on the verge of transformation in terms of transport and safe commuting. Urbanization have made it necessary to choose different public transport options. In that regard, the municipal corporation aims to build public transport and non-motorized transport and comprehensive infrastructure in the near future by planning positively. According to this, the main road from Dapodi to Nigdi in the city is being planned through the construction project department to develop the road based on the concept of continuous pedestrian path and continuous cycle path.
The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has planned to improve the Dapodi to Nigdi service road and internal expressway for smooth and safe entry and exit of traffic and the Municipal Corporation intends to finalize these facilities by incorporating the suggestions of the citizens.

“This Merge in-facility to access expressway from service road and Merge out-facility to access service road from expressway will done from Nigdi to Dapodi. And for we have asked citizens to give their feedbacks. And then the work would be completed in 15 days,” said Pramod Ombase, civic executive engineer.
