Every year, a large number of devotees come to Shegaon for the darshan of Gajanan Maharaj to seek blessings for the new year. The Samadhi Mandir will be kept open all night on December 31, so that the devotees can get the Samadhi Darshan.

Therefore, the devotees who come at night will be able to start the new year by having a darshan of Gajanan Maharaj and having Maha Prasad in the morning. For the convenience of the devotees, the arrangement of accommodation in the Sansthan’s Bhakta Niwas is there as usual.

Every year, lakhs of devotees from all over the country say goodbye to the year and start the new year by visiting Gajanan Maharaj’s Samadhi. Therefore, lakhs of devotees come to Shegaon on December 31. So, this decision has been taken.
