PMC to accept PT-3 forms for 40% concession on property tax for Nanded City residents

Pune: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) will give a 40% discount on property tax if the Nanded Township residents fill PT-3 form & submit it at Nanded Gram Panchayat.
As per information, two PMC officers will be present in the office of the Nanded Gram Panchayat on Saturday (December 23) and Sunday (December 24) and also on Saturday (December 30) and Sunday (December 31) from 10 am to 6 pm to accept PT-3 forms. The PMC has requested citizens to fill out PT-3 forms along with the proof of residency. If the PT-3 form is filled with residency proof, the property tax of the citizens will be granted a discount of 40%.
PT-3 forms should be downloaded from the website –
propertytax.punecorporation.org and attached with any two documents Voter ID/Passport/Driving License/Gas Card/Ration Card/Aadhaar Card/Society No Objection Certificate.
Earlier, the PMC had decided to extend the deadline for submitting PT (Property tax) 3 forms to the tax department in order to receive a 40% property tax concession
The original deadline was November 30, 2023, but fewer than one lakh citizens had submitted the necessary forms.
Those submitting their forms beyond November 30 will be eligible for a discount in the next financial year starting from April 1, 2024, after the team conducts a thorough survey of the self-occupied property and the documents.
