PMPML Extends Bus Routes from PMC Bhavan to Dehugaon and Nigdi, Enhancing Connectivity

In a move aimed at improving transportation connectivity, Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) has introduced extensions to the bus routes of numbers 262 and 329, which now link PMC Bhavan to Dehugaon and Nigdi to Dehugaon respectively.

Responding to the expressed needs of commuters in the Dehugaon area, PMPML has taken the proactive step of inaugurating two new bus routes, effectively enhancing accessibility between PMC Bhavan and Dehugaon as well as Nigdi and Dehugaon. These extensions are set to take effect from August 15, 2023.

The details of these newly extended bus routes are outlined below:

Bus Route No: 262

  • From: PMC Bhavan
  • To: Dehugaon
  • Route: Abhangnagari, Bhairavnath Chowk, Sant Tukaram Krida Sankul, Vadacha Maal, Dehugaon
  • Frequency: Every 2 hours 15 minutes

Bus Route No: 329

  • From: Nigdi
  • To: Dehugaon
  • Route: Abhangnagari, Bhairavnath Chowk, Sant Tukaram Krida Sankul, Vadacha Maal, Dehugaon
  • Frequency: Every 45 minutes

The introduction of these extended bus routes is aimed at improving the convenience and accessibility for residents and travelers alike. PMPML invites all passengers, including students, employees, women, and devotees, to take full advantage of these newly expanded bus services. These enhancements not only provide greater ease of travel but also contribute to the overall enhancement of public transportation options within the region.
