Political parties to hold Pune bandh on December 13

Political parties have planned to hold Pune bandh on December 13 to oppose the controversial statements made by Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

A meeting in this regard was held where various political parties came together at the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the grounds of SSPMS. The meeting was held on December 7.  
 All parties unanimously took the decision of keeping Pune bandh on December 13. The meeting was attended by Congress leader Arvind Shinde, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay More, NCP President Pune city Prashant Jagtap, Gajanan Tharkude, and  Santosh Shinde.
