Post Department urges citizens to use ‘Rakhi Envelopes’ to send Rakhis

Pune: The postal department has informed people that this Raksha Bandhan, people can send Rakhis from the special ‘Rakhi Envelopes’ created by them to celebrate the special bond between brothers and sisters.
As per the information provided, these rakhi envelopes are unique and cost only Rs. 10. Further, they added that quality paper is used for making these rakhi envelopes.
Post Master General of Pune Region Ramchandra Jaybhaye added, ”There is a huge demand for these rakhi envelopes every year. Customers can send their rakhis via speed post. It can also be sent abroad on time. ‘Rakhi’ written on it makes it easier to sort it out and deliver it on time. Boxes with pin codes were kept in post offices to deliver rakhi packets on time.”
