Priyanka Chopra’s Family Leases Pune Bungalow to Co-Living Firm for Rs.2 Lakh Monthly Rent

Actress Priyanka Chopra’s family has leased a bungalow situated in Koregaon Park, Pune, to a co-living and co-working firm, The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited. Signed by Priyanka’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra, the agreement entails a monthly rent of ₹2 lakh.

The Leave and License Agreement, registered on March 21, involves a security deposit of ₹6 lakh and monthly rent payments of ₹2.06 lakh. The bungalow boasts a plot size of 3754 sq ft, with a built-up area of 2180 sq ft on the ground floor, 950 sq ft in the basement, and a garden area spanning 2232 sq ft. Additionally, there’s a parking area of 400 sq ft, according to the documents.

Known for her savvy investments in real estate, Priyanka Chopra Jonas had sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, Mumbai, last year. Spanning a total area of 2,292 sq ft, the penthouses fetched a total of ₹6 crore, with one sold for ₹2.25 crore and the other for ₹3.75 crore.

Earlier transactions include the sale of a commercial property in Lokhandwala, Andheri, for ₹7 crore to a dentist couple, who had previously rented the space in 2021. Additionally, Priyanka had leased a second-floor office property in Oshiwara, Andheri West, for ₹2.11 lakh per month, covering an area of 2,040 sq ft.
